I'm a family, parenting, educational and women's empowerment coach, and before anything else, I'm a woman and a mum who gets it.
I support women at crossroads, working mums juggling career and family, women feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves, and those navigating change who want clarity and confidence in their next steps. I also work with couples experiencing strain, whether through communication challenges, parenting pressures or simply the weight of busy lives pulling them apart.
Alongside this, I support education professionals facing burnout, workload pressures and work-life imbalance. Having worked in education myself, I understand both the emotional and practical demands of the role.
