A warm, grounded
space to grow

I'm Shiri Raz, a coach, a mum, and someone who truly understands how full and demanding life can feel.

I am a mum, a wife, an entrepreneur, a teacher, a daughter, a sister, a granddaughter, and more. I have lived in two countries and grown up between two cultures, giving me the gift of two homes and a perspective shaped by different worlds.

For many years, I searched for a sense of who I was. Like so many people, I found myself defining my identity through the roles I held and the expectations placed upon me, believing that I needed to fit neatly into one version of myself.

Yet the more experiences I gathered, the more I realised that I wasn't meant to be just one thing.

Through periods of uncertainty, challenge, growth, and self-discovery, I began to understand that my strength came not from choosing one identity over another, but from embracing all of them. Being an educator taught me values and empathy for others. Entrepreneurship gave me courage and the willingness to step into the unknown. Motherhood taught me patience, compassion, and the transformative power of love.

What I eventually discovered was that belonging starts within. The moment I stopped trying to separate the different parts of myself and began to honour them as a whole, I found a deeper sense of confidence, purpose, and authenticity.

That shift didn't happen in isolation.

Becoming a Coach

Moving back to London with my husband, three children, and our dog was a transition that brought with it a wave of emotions I hadn't fully anticipated. I had left behind family and friends, a business I had built, and with it a version of myself I had to let go of. I was starting over, and at the same time trying to support my children through their own big feelings about the move. It was a lot to carry.

It was during this time that I sought guidance from a family friend. What I didn't realise until later was that she was coaching me. It helped me enormously, more than I had expected. And when she told me she thought I would make a wonderful coach, something clicked.

Looking back, I could see that I had already been coaching for years with my students and their parents, friends going through difficult times, and family members navigating big decisions. Coaching wasn't a career change; it was a recognition of something I had always naturally done.

Growth is not about becoming someone new; it is about recognising your strengths, accepting your story, and trusting that every experience, both the joyful and the difficult, has shaped you. After this, it's about moving forward in the direction you want.

I know that life can feel overwhelming, and that navigating change, responsibility, and self-discovery is rarely straightforward. But we don't have to walk those paths alone. My journey has taught me the value of having someone beside you who listens, understands, and supports you as you move forward.

Wherever you are in your own story, I believe there is strength within you. Sometimes all we need is the space and support to rediscover it.

I would be honoured to walk beside you on that journey.
